TEACHING BACKGROUND
A teacher for over four decades, Huling began teaching at age 15 and was invited to teach at the Eastman School of Music at age 17. She has taught students from ages 6-76; beginners, college music majors and professional concert pianists. Her wit and innovative teaching style allow for excellent rapport with young as well as advanced students. She has given master classes at colleges, private schools and universities throughout the East Coast. She has coached solo piano repertoire, chamber music and Lieder as well as given lectures on music, theory and composition. She is available to coordinate master classes and lectures with her solo performance schedule.
