"Spellbinding Schubert...pianist Diane Huling went farther in delivering its [Schubert B-flat sonata] depths of beauty than most will ever achieve....Huling delivered Chopin's [Fantasy in f minor] kaleidoscope of emotions with a tender lyricism as well as power." - Montpelier Times Argus, VT
Virtuoso pianist Diane Huling is in demand worldwide as a soloist and chamber musician. She has performed hundreds of recitals throughout the United States, Canada, South America and Europe, to the highest critical acclaim.
A pianist in the grand Romantic tradition; mature, highly nuanced with a gorgeous sound of "black velvet," Huling mesmerizes her audiences from the first note. Her sound ranges from ethereal to thundering, and is stunning in the depth of emotion and expression. She also creates cutting-edge programs, including music of living composers - even premiering her own award-winning compositions.

Thanks to your generous donations and some fancy footwork, the Huling Piano Studio is about halfway to our goal of purchasing a concert instrument. In addition, we held our first-ever recital this summer, with a sold-out house and with an enthusiastic response. So we're nearing the goal and are hoping to install a piano by early or mid Summer. Please keep the donations coming and keep checking back to this website for the latest news. And expect to see news of a summer recital at the Huling Studio!
